Error rules
Toggle rules on/off — re-evaluate applies changes to all loaded data
Rules are evaluated against every row for each panelist. A panelist is flagged if any of their rows triggers the rule.

If the app is showing stale or missing data, use these options to reset.
"Clear local cache & reload" refetches everything from the API — use this if the app shows wrong or missing entries.
"Clear local cache only" wipes this browser's copy; server data is untouched.
"Delete all server data" permanently removes all WeeklyResults and ImportLog. Requires the tracker-admin role.
